Aftermarket wear parts for jaw crushers, cast in our own foundry in Hadfield manganese steel (Mn13Cr2 / Mn18Cr2 / Mn22Cr2Mo), chromium-molybdenum alloy steel and high-chromium white iron. Typical pieces run 50–500 kg; parts fit PE/PEX jaw crushers (PE-250×400 through PE-900×1200) and the common international jaw models — send the machine model or the worn part and the casting is matched to it. Manganese steel work-hardens in service: the surface hardens to HB 450+ under impact while the core keeps toughness — the mechanism that makes jaw plates self-adapting to feed conditions. Grade choice follows the feed: Mn13 for limestone, Mn18Cr2/Mn22Cr2Mo where tramp impact and hard rock dominate. Jaw plate tooth profiles and mounting are customized to the machine model. Manufacturing and Quality Control
Sand casting; water-toughening (solution treatment) retains the austenitic structure that enables work-hardening. Furnace-front temperature check plus sample-block chemistry analysis before every pour; hardness, microstructure and dimensional checks on every batch; ISO 9001 system; material and test reports supplied.
